In 2017, I spent six months on Co-Op at  Johnson & Johnson's medical device company DePuy Synthes, working in the Codman Neuro department (acquired by Integra LifeSciences in 2017). During my time there, I worked on a diverse assortment of projects, ranging from fixture design and SolidWorks modeling, to machine soundproofing, to validations and documentation. The links below provide some examples of projects I completed while there.

Some of the most valuable experience I gained there, was how to work as part of a quality management system. This included writing validation protocols and reports, executing validation testing, routing documents for approval through a quality management database, and following 6S principles.
